The Firm has been drafting anti-sexual harassment policies for several public and private companies, societies and various non-government organizations in compliance with prevalent laws of India as well as in accordance with the global practices followed by company / industry worldwide. The Firm conducts general audits with regards to workplace discrimination and sexual harassment and advises on legal compliances to be followed by the companies. The Firm also provides litigation support to the clients in similar matters.
The partners of the Firm regularly undertake training sessions, seminars and give presentations on various symposiums and conferences at national level on legal, management and individual issues in context of sexual harassment at workplace. The Firm also guides companies as well individuals on the manner of handling such matters and how to bring in a more healthy environment at workplace.
